A decent entry level job. If you plan on trying to work for one of Quest's customers this is a good place to start.

Pros

Get a paycheck is about it. Benefits are ok - when you can get them.

Cons

more than 40 hours required to get the work done because of inadequate staffing. annual increase didn't even keep up with inflation. 2 months before health/dental kicks in. 6 months before 401k kicks in. high pressure scrum 2 week sprints with most people on the teams not knowing enough about the product to be able to accurately gauge the work and create work items. most work in our location is contract type, so, you never know if it'll continue. scary. i'll never work for a contract company again.
