      Small company with room for growth

      Pros

      Small company easy to work for. Reasonable work hours. The management is usually willing to work with you if overwhelmed .

      Cons

      Small company. Not much room for vertical movement. Work load is often unbalanced between workers. Compensation does not often reflect experience.

      Ample of job exposure for entry level engineers Shift allowance is provide but only if you are punchual(within-15minutes)

      Cons

      Management are not compitent. No transparency in appraisal/Hikes Take it or leave it attitude Poor ethics work saturation after 3yrs

      Time Flexibility Working with various Customers within one Company

      Cons

      Salary (bad for the work performed) Salary Bias (paying someone with less experience more money than someone with more experience) Ability to achieve Promotion Dishonesty Clique-ish Bad Benefits Bad HR Fear/Intimidation tactics used to keep people in line False Promises to lure people in (was promised first available promotion based on my experience just to not get it once it was available) Bad/Inexperienced Managers (Team Leads that pawn off various aspects of their job to their team so that they don't have to do them. In other words they get the benefits of being a Team Lead with minimal Team Lead Responsibility; Not knowing how to lead people in the first place; etc.) Benefits Package (Health Plan isn't all that great; Was forced to use vacation time when I was told I wouldn't be forced to use it during a shutdown in August; No Sick Time; etc.)
