      Temporary job, No career

      Pros

      Flexible, Easy, Data entry. This is a very simple job mostly populating excel spreadsheets and handling reports. Hours are very flexible.

      Cons

      Unreliable, Boring work, No future in advancement. Atmosphere is very negative. management cannot assist with any help, and Is hardly available or in the office. They do not follow policies set in place and you are fired when addressing them. I have seen several people terminated based off false information created by management on several occasions. I have also witnessed supervisors falling asleep while at work, and taking shots on lunch breaks.

      Pros

      Good pay, mostly flexible with hours and schedules.

      Cons

      There is no consistency in anything, policies are nonexistent or not followed, most of the managers have a 'do what I say not what I do' attitude, lack of direction and leadership. No one knows what is going on. Don’t ask a manager for help, they are useless. The higher up you go the worse it gets.

      Great Company with Poor Management

      Pros

      Excellent work life balance, the benefits are good, but are not up to industry standards yet. The ability to advance in the company is good, but you have to want it and work hard for it.

      Cons

      Poor managers from Team Leads to the North American VP level! The good ones are few and far between, and have either already left the company (Janina Rivera, Nicole Newman) or transferred to another dept/location (Kara Turner, Heather Schenkel). HR needs to get more mature, and get help fast! Pay is far below industry standards in many cases, unless you know someone who gets you in the door for a great salary and band to match their minimal experience.
