Pros

Good for people who want to make first steps in their job. In the projects you are working, you can create connections for the next step: Leaving Quest.

Cons

Quest Global tries to think big, the reality looks not so. In the most cases there's no chance to change the projects easily.

Lack of Integrity and Accountability

Flexible schedule For some people there are lots of challenging assignments

-There is no integrity in the leadership in the U.S. and no real career advancement for people. -US Senior Management has illegally blocked people from employment outside of quest when possible. -US Senior Management has tried to sabotage the jobs of other people they don't like and will make bold suggestions like cutting people's salary's and firing expensive people but won't do the same for themself or their staff. -There's no true salary growth and the wage increases don't even cover the cost of inflation for most employees leaving many employees who do get a raise to be at a negative due to the cost of inflation. -They say they are about people but really only care about money. -Good management at the center level, managers that actually care about people and putting correct processes in place that would actually make the company more money are often replaced or pushed out the door for not towing the company line. -There is absolutely NO CAREER GROWTH OR ADEQUATE TRAINING FOR EMPLOYEES! -The infrastructure of this company is not suitable to a global enterprise in the 21st century as the technology used in more cases than not is inferior and cheap in terms of it's quality and price. -There is no integrity or accountability in the leadership of this company nor does the top management which is out of the country seeing or caring about the issues that are causing their company to go down hill fast as long as the money keeps rolling in. There are lots of politics in this organization, more than any organization I've seen in my 20+ year career and there is no accountability for the actions of top management but top management has no problem holding anyone under them accountable even when the issue is the fault of top management..
