      Pros

      Flexible schedules, relaxed dress code.

      Cons

      Management is terrible, benefits are terrible, pay is low. There isn't anything in place to help employees grow technically, the only growth currently is managerial.

      Pros

      Nothing really, most of my interaction was with the client. Consider this place only if you have no other option.

      Cons

      In my case, Quest did not have to provide me any training after they hired me as I was already trained for the position. They did not even interview me, the client did. But when the client had to let me go because of financial issues after a year, they did not spend a minute trying to place me in a different location. Also note, poor pay and benefits including a Deceptive 401k offering (1% match for every 4% contribution)

      Beaurecracy, low wages and bad management

      Pros

      Their location in EH and that's about it.

      Cons

      Management didn't care about the support staff, benefits were mediocre at best. PTO was a joke. No recognition or room for growth. The CEO just wants to make his money off of the employees back and then he goes back to India with his riches. Senior Mgrs are a joke...big boys club. I could recommend much better places to work than here.
