      Pros

      - Local management listens and acts on feedback - I am given freedom to develop my own team and manage them how I think best. - There is support if I need it - pay is OK for what I do and benefits don't seem too bad. - Working from home - Its a great place to gain experience

      Cons

      - Corporate out in India doesn't listen to anyone stateside - The internal infrastructure is clunky, slow and impossible to find anything of value on it - Everyone is always expected to be fully billable, even management, it is difficult to do individual contributor efforts while managing. This leads to technical people being promoted into management instead of people actually good at managing people.

      Bad Management. Low compensation. Too much time invested in micromanaging by mid level management people.
