First off, it is important that you understand the outsourcing business and the QuEST business model when taking a job here. It is clear, from these reviews, that many people did not (heck, it took me a few years to fully understand it). You can easily thrive in this environment if you understand that it is about helping QuEST to grow- not just doing well on contracts you are working. 1. Build trust with the customer and get good customer satisfaction scores 2. Get the customers to extend their contracts 3. Get the customers to expand their contracts 4. Help teach team members to be successful Additional Pros: -Much better work-life balance compared to OEMs -Easy to move up the corporate ladder and increase your employability -Overall, good culture. Leadership develops great vision and values

Cons

- Unless you are in sales / account management, you will not get rich working here. - More support for 'enablers' is needed (HR, IT, etc.) - More emphasis on training (technical and leadership) prior to someone taking on a new role
