Pros

Flexible schedule allows you to plan around your personal life For some of the work, the pay is actually pretty good Generally nice co-workers Great holiday party Free coffee

Cons

Management lacks direction, has a hard time relating to the team members they once were. No sick time for lower level employees makes it really easy to come down with what the office has. Very limited amount of time off for low level employees No compensation difference to move up to a team lead position Shotty training structure leads to new employees sitting at their desk twiddling their thumbs for 8 hours a day

Pros

You get to work with some very talented people, you can gain valuable experience in the aerospace industry, you learn how to make global teams work.

Cons

The company peaches that people are it's greatest asset, but doesn't invest in their development... the company preaches that corporate culture should behave the same way in good times and bad, but immediately reverses course when profit margins, which are never based on existing business conditions, aren't met... the company has some serious issues with legal compliance, but those take a backseat to lofty profit margins and questionable business practices...

Focus on customer and growth. Investments made strategically to ensure business is sustained at all geographies. Huge opportunities for freshers wishing to enter engineering services. Top Management commitment for revenue and growth is commendable. Rapid expansion in different services, products, domains and geographies is actively engaging everyone

Cons

Poor Middle Management team with lack of capability to take executive vision. Lack of decent employee benefits and cost cutting everywhere. Lack of corporate wide tools is making the cost of poor quality humongous.
