Pros

In my time working at QuEST I was able to transition into several technical and managerial roles and see where I best fit into the company. Coming into QuEST, there were immense growth opportunities, but you need to want them and work hard to get them, which I think should be an expectation with any company. The amount of growth QuEST has experienced is incredible, exciting, and looks promising for those who are geographically flexible or want to contribute to a growing organization where your opinion can make a huge impact. QuEST has some of the best people I've ever worked with. I've learned and grown so much professionally since my tenure here.

Cons

There is a lot of change in QuEST. If you are unable to manage and handle change well, then QuEST may not be the best fit for you. Understanding and adapting to QuEST's culture is difficult for those who have a corporate mindset. QuEST culture focuses on work-life balance, variety of workload, and adaptability. While I prefer this, some may not.

Pros

There's a great group of people on the engineering team; most are young and recently graduated from college, which makes for a fun environtnment. Work-wise you get exposed to many types of analyses and there's a lot of variety between projects. You have the chance to learn new programs and everyone is willing to help. Hours are also flexible and you have the chance to do overtime.

Cons

Upper management is incompetent, that is the worst part about QuEST. Nothing gets completed on time, promises are made and never followed through with, and decisions are made without discussing it with those it will affect. There is a huge emphasis on meeting metrics and making sure everything you do contributes to the company's profits. To the point where it feels like no one cares about the employees. Hiring inexperienced and unqualified people is not going to help the company, even if they are cheaper to higher. There's also no real career path if you're looking for a technical position. The only way to advance is to go into management, but few engineers want to do that. Seems like most people won't stay any longer than 5 years there.

Pros

Laid back, flex hours, it is a job that you can leave one day becasue you are in America and they cant treat you like they do to the people of thier own country....for the most part

Cons

HR will treat every American employee like trash!!!!!This is an Indian company that treats it employees like they are just bodies in the seats. They will tell you that out right. The benefits are horrible. If you want to move up you had better be able to bend over and take it becasue the team leads and group leads will make you do all their work. In the end they look good and get large pay increase, but as soon as you address the work you do you are reprimanded and then singled out for punishment. This company will lure you in with promisses of greatness, but then will steal from you any fullfillment or oportuniy you may have. They make you payout of pocket to support the company, and then you must wait weeks for compensation. I have had to wait a month to be reimbursed for $2,000 that I had to pay out of my pocket to support the company!!! If your an degreed engineer dont get lured in! They wont hesitate to make you an admin or a tech writer that spends their days attaching picture to documents. They pay engineers with BA $16.00 an hour, while some people with no degrees make $25.00 and hour. You may be made salery and be required to work 80-90 hours a week. if you dont you can be FIRED!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!
