Pros

If you want an environment where your managers at QuEST are unaware of the type of work that your job supporting Pratt and Whitney entails then this is the company for you !

Cons

Too much emphasis on meeting QuEST metrice - uploading your status reports, providing QuEST manangement with cost savings opportunities and not enough emphasis on how you actually perform your job in the eyes of the customer, who is a division of UTC.

Nothing to say as there are no good things to mention

Cons

I’d rate 0 if Im given a chance! The work culture is really poor and the management, god knows what they do! They aren’t supportive and always block you in any possible ways! just to apply for vacation you will have to negotiate with HR, who will be busy for no reason, need many follow-ups and then also you wouldn’t be allowed to take one! I’m really sad to say

I started at quest global the year of 2023. I was currently employed by a company when receiving an offer from quest global. I accepted the offer and within 14 days I was on site and working for the customer. For 6 months I worked my job description and title until the customer needed further assistance. I provided the assistance but never was supported or backed by my manager, I received the same compensation. At year 2 my desk was being taken by customer employees forcing me to sit at a portable work station with minimal work space. For about a year i brought the concern up to my manager promising they would fix the issue. When I spoke on the behalf of my feelings and how I’m doing more than my job title within the same week I was told to work from home “ take some time to yourself you’ve out in a great deal of effort” to then be greated with a separation letter. Never acknowledged my feelings or my work efforts waist of 2 years just to be swept under the rug.
