Pros

I’ve been with Quest Global for 11 years, and it has truly been an incredible experience. The company’s mission to make a positive impact in the world is inspiring, and I’m proud to be a part of it. The culture here is one of the best things—collaborative, supportive, and inclusive. You feel valued and empowered every day, which makes it a great environment for both professional and personal growth. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work on challenging projects, collaborate with brilliant minds, and contribute to innovative solutions that truly make a difference. Quest Global encourages exploration and learning, allowing room to try, fail, and grow—a quality I deeply appreciate. Management is supportive, and teamwork is highly valued, with colleagues and mentors playing a key role in success. Looking back on my journey so far, I’m grateful for the growth, friendships, and unforgettable milestones I’ve experienced here. Quest Global is a place where you can truly thrive, and I’m excited to see what the future holds.

Cons

Quest Global is growing rapidly, but the systems and processes have struggled to keep up with the increasing demand. Many internal systems are built in-house rather than procured, which sometimes complicates workflows instead of simplifying them.

Pros

These people call every day and blow up my phone. They try to make a commission off of publicly posted jobs. They are trying to get a commission on a job at Dematic in Mountville PA for the Cool Storage place there but they call incessantly and from different numbers throughout the day and then they expect me to work there for minimum wage as a seasoned engineer. It is a little crazy. They are looking for people in North Carolina and North Haven CT and North Carolina. It is really disparaging to everyone to have calls all day and night and they don't speak english well and literally harass you about the job they found on the internet. I am sure they will call you with another job they find on the internet as they are a corrupt call center and they seem like they want your social security number. I can't block them because they call from literally 20 different numbers every day.

Cons

Nonstop calls for a publicly posted job. Harassment.
