Pros

Good exposure to aerospace industry and learning lot about Airbus and Rolls Royce company

Cons

Management is hard on you sometimes when it comes to deliverables. Growth is slow.

Pros

Great work experience to be able to get your foot in the door at another company. There is flex hours (core hours are 9-4), but can come in early and leave early if customers are not going to be effected. Pretty relaxed environment.

Cons

Not a lot of benefits. Not much time off given. Had "floating holidays (5)", but 4 are now required to be used on specific days and the other one has to be used on a holiday of your choice and accepted by management. People sit around and do nothing, so others have to pick up slack. Takes forever to fire individuals who should not work there.

Pros

Good starting job, learning experience. Good people. If right out of college, great place to start. Work stable in certain areas. Friendly people you will work with.

Cons

No movement. Management team not interested in paying or move you up ladder. If younger person, usually taken care of and older person, like me bypass you on everything
