Allows opportunity to gain experience.

Cons

Twice in one year of working for the company my pay was erroneously withheld and I had to fight for long periods of time to be reimbursed. Your job and hours are also in no way secure. Do not leave a full time and dependable job to work for this company.

Pros

Great flexibility and good work/life balance. Standard hours, but can change if needed to accommodate personal life. If you want to make it at this company you must personally and actively look for work to get noticed. Not a horrible place.

Cons

Not alot of room for growth here. Transparency between corporate and project centers are something to be desired. Basically you will not move up in the company unless somebody else leaves. If you want a job where you can be easy going and laid back, this is the place for you.
