Pros

Flexible hours and it's a paycheck. Looks good on resume. Build contacts with Quest's main customer

Cons

Very very very poor company structure and ethics. Worked hard for over a year. My reviews were outstanding and got a raise that was less then 1%... Benefits had all sorts of "if" and "buts" that some how screwed you over. You had to BUY vacation days. Company does not appreciate employees. They only care about how many "billable" hours you work so they can bill the customer. If this is your only option for a job it's a good starter but get out ASAP! If not, look at your other options carefully. Not the worse employment but certainly not the best.

Pros

Flexibility with hours, that’s about it.

Cons

Upper management has no idea what they’re doing. Attrition is very high leading to disorganization with projects. People here joke about how much they hate the place... it’s really that bad.

Pros

QuEST focuses on a single customer in an area, and because of that employees feel very connected to the products they support. It can sometimes feel like they are actually one in the same. Atmosphere within the office is laid back and friendly, coworkers are all very supportive. Local office management is very engaged and supportive with open door policies. Good benefits and work-life balance. Small offices relative to the customer means there are a LOT of opportunities for career advancement in a relatively short amount of time.

Cons

Senior management and company board is run out of India and Singapore, so major disconnect between local operations and the overall company strategy at times. Health of the company is often focused on contribution margin alone, so even if a group is delivering quality services, if they statement of work was underbid the company can see it as a negative impact to the business. Additionally because they focus ~95% on margin the salaries are on the lower end, which coupled with other factors leads to high attrition because entry level employees are the primary focus (lower costs).
