Pros

Base pay was good before inflation took over Remote Work

Cons

Their CRM is unusable Their tools dont work most days Management is more worried about their own numbers/job than helping their reps. Focus from Management changes anywhere from multiple times a day to multiple times a week Corporate is not concerned with making this a better sales org Training is a joke

Remote work, good engineers, decent comp.

Cons

Executive leadership fundamentally dishonest in obvious ways. Terrible morale. Heavy-handed, beurocratic. Is cooking the books for sale of sub-units, no regard for individuals. Classic soulless VC behavior.
