Every BU is really segregated and nobody wants to change it. The management in place does not have enough training resulting in a lot of micro-managing. Because of this micro-managing, all agents are lying on their forecast calls. Most of the people I've worked with are not happy and looking for another company. The salary is really low. They contribute the minimum on pension. The health benefit is a choice of a really bad or bad package. On top of that, they openly lie to everyone.
