      - claimed the business was in dire financial peril whilst making dozens of people redundant - flew their entire global sales team to Vegas for cocktails, nose beers and presentations about how great the sales team are amidst redundancies

      Pros

      Great people. The workforce consists of really great, helpful, experienced and friendly people that you will, sooner or later, start to genuinely care about.

      Cons

      If the US management doesn't like the numbers, they won't care and will let you go during a workforce reduction. Doesn't matter you always reported the issues, concerns, etc. to your manager, it doesn't matter you helped whenever asked, THEY DON'T CARE.

      Great Work life balance, you get a lot of personal space as long as your work is under control. Flexible managers who can understand your needs. There are opportunities to learn as long as you are willing to learn. Great organization work culture. Compensation.

      Cons

      Lack of team building events / activities after the pandemic. Looking for more professional development trainings.
