I have been with Quest for 9 years. I like the flexible work arrangements at Quest that give me the freedom in how I fulfil my work obligations. A healthy work-life balance is another element that is important for a working mum that I have managed to practice in this Company.

Really good teammates. Collaboration is always great.

Cons

Leadership is out of touch with reality. Slowly forcing workforce back to office. Claiming bogus WFH burnout. Paying internal hires as much as external hires would greatly improve moral.
