Pros

Nothing - a dying organization. Product Portfolio is the only shining light.

Cons

What once was a $60M business has dwindled to nothingness. Two improperly placed 'executive and leaders' have destroyed any remnant of a lucrative customer experience organization. Partner channel is destroyed. Layoffs every quarter for the past two years. Leadership has no loyalty to culture or employee improvement.

Pros

Bonuses every year, but pay was mediocre. Salary was stagnant for 3 years. Severance ok.

Cons

Not much training, leaves you to fend for yourself. Had intro training but had to finish regression testing too, they did not allocate time properly. Leadership has no respect for individuals. I got hired because their main reason was that their position requisition was expiring. Director lacked empathy, shames anyone in meetings, then offshores team to europe. Worst company culture, at least for my team. Might depend on which team you're in, but mine sucked.
