      Pros

      Good people outside of leadership Good solutions but need to get brought back into century

      Cons

      Products are outdated. Senior leadership is clueless and heartless. CEO seemed to be learning the job on the fly. Focused on unrealistic metrics and goals. No loyalty and laid people off with no severance.

      Nice atmosphere, very friendly people.

      Cons

      Occasional friction between Renewals and Sales - no unique to this place though. Sales would sometimes sell new licenses over renewing existing contracts.
