      - Good benefits and working conditions - Ability to work remotely with flexible hours - Training programs in place - Good management and personas in general - Year-End Bonus

      Cons

      - Two pizza teams are more like half of that - Bonuses distributed to employees are taxable

      a) Steady income (competitive) and growth b) Opportunities to grow or change career path c) Profit sharing (bonus) d) Work from home e) Travel opportunities (before Covid) f) flexible work hours

      Cons

      - Standard corporate traps (slow flow of information, slow decision making, battleroyale between departments and similar issues as with 99% of corpos) - World-wide offices - even though it has many benefits, having people spread across many time zones brings many challenges

      - International company which provides an opportunity to work in different groups with stakeholders from all parts of the world - Provides an opportunity to work on different products and initiatives, from simple use cases to complex systems & platforms for a large number of customers - Work with stakeholders from different departments - Benefits are different from country to country but reasonable - Pay per performance bonus plan - Remote work with company-provided hardware & software - Work from home stipend to compensate part of the cost people have for using home resources

      - It takes more time to make a decision when there are multiple stakeholders involved - Different departments may have different goals and schedules, which makes collaboration between them unnecessary challenging
