      - Full benefits - Solid compensation at or above market - Remote work with a lot of flexibility - Internal hire opportunities that allow for various career growth options - Good work-life balance

      Cons

      - Corporate beast with latency in many work areas - Requires a lot of persistence and initiative to realize a goal when there are multiple stakeholders involved - Some decisions are made at C-level or L2 that might be different had there been more information gathering

      Pros

      Good company to work for. Everyone is very nice and the general vibe is very positive. Management is very professional and easy to work with. People tend to stay in Quest for a long time, which is always a good sign. Lots of opportunities to progress within the comapny.

      Cons

      Money isn't as good as some other software companies but those companies usually come with way more pressure and high turnover.

      No room to grow in any way

      Pros

      Nice office. Casual attire. WFH a few days a week.

      Cons

      Not paid enough at all. No room to grow or move up. No way of getting paid more, ever. Ok with other horrible employees. No appreciation for hard work. Perfect if you are into complacency and no growth.
