      Pros

      Salary Health care Travel (outside corona time) at lease once a year Flexibility of the management 25 days holidays + bank holidays As a renewal you do not need to have experience in IT to join the company. They will provide you with a full training B2B client

      Cons

      We still don't know if we will have an hybrid solution on work from home once we get back to office

      I'm so glad that you are loving your job at Quest. As you know, we are big fans of WFH. Even prior to the pandemic lockdowns, we had 50%+ of employees who worked remotely. There are some roles that are not eligible for WFH but most are. I encourage you to look at HOME on @Quest and speak to your manager. LuAnn CHRO
