Great office perks, fresh fruit every week, breakfast provide on Fridays

Cons

Company still thinks they are Dell and operate like a large company, however they are much smaller than they come across. Very little communications from management to sales teams on direction and plans for promotions. Did not pay employees based off of their past experience, they went off of their internal pay scale. Commission structure as a sales rep was not great, made more in commission while I was in their "Entry Level" position. I also had to take almost a $2000 pay cut for a "Promotion"
