Got my start and got to bounce around after 2.5 years of being stuck in starter position

Cons

Owned by a financial firm. Workforce reductions every 6 months if not more frequently. Stopped 401k match and other benefits. There's lots of change, which isn't bad, but no stability or promise of it.

Not the same as the original Quest Software company. Senior management and CEOs changed several times.

Flexible work schedule with great benefits, work/life balance and 401k.

Cons

They keep cutting costs and letting knowledgeable, experienced, hard-working people go. I don't think many original Quest employees still work there.
