The morale and inability to stick to any kind of management style. They reorganize and shift people whenever the wind blows. And the gut-kicking layoffs that happen without rhyme or reason - they have dumped good, solid teammates who are knowledgeable simply to flatten the organization and eliminate mid-management, though it's needed more than the lame-duck C-suite they put in place. They say employees are valued, but truthfully, they is a click in marketing and if you don't fit it, you'll soon be gone. Product is fairly tight knit, but the company isn't investing in it's own products, rather acquisition only, so there's not much room for growth.

Sexist management, no moving up, they are walking hr violations in management.
