Pros

There frankly isn't much to talk about other than in general people are fine but no one believes that the company is on a right track.

Cons

I don't know where to start. The leadership is listless, the product is 3rd rate (and no plans to change), there is no support for field sales, no roadmap

A few good staff that are smart

Cons

Heads down no talking shop Fully Waterfall claiming to be agile More conserned about meeting dates then producing products. Moves towards agile thinking met with aggressive prevention from manament teams. Agile tools used to Mirco manage teams on work done hour to hour.

Did not stay long enough to see great leadership.

Cons

No clarity in Product Road map. Changes frequently. Causes confusion to employees. Seen talented people getting demotivated and unable to focus on their work.
