Pros

Great people. The workforce consists of really great, helpful, experienced and friendly people that you will, sooner or later, start to genuinely care about.

Cons

If the US management doesn't like the numbers, they won't care and will let you go during a workforce reduction. Doesn't matter you always reported the issues, concerns, etc. to your manager, it doesn't matter you helped whenever asked, THEY DON'T CARE.

Very Incompetent management, no consideration of one's efforts and emprovements, technicians very poorly treated compare to sales people
