Worst company I’ve worked for. Dysfunctional teams. Outdated tools. Toxic environment. Constant layoffs. Don’t believe the recent good reviews it’s obviously fake

neurodivergent people, be careful

Pros

They write blogs about neurodivergence, make meetings about it... But...

Cons

Despite messaging around wellbeing and support, I did not experience meaningful adjustments to working conditions when raising topics related to neurodivergence. It was difficult to find alignment on communication formats that worked for me, even when these preferences were compatible with the nature of the role. There was a strong expectation to participate in frequent calls, which can be particularly challenging for some neurodivergent individuals, even in support-type roles where ticket-based communication may be more suitable and effective. Requests to consider alternative communication formats did not lead to meaningful changes. The main recommendation was to seek external counseling rather than exploring potential adjustments in communication style, structure, or workflow. Overall, the approach felt focused more on individuals adapting to existing conditions rather than considering adjustments that could support different working styles. Candidates who are neurodivergent or who benefit from structured, written communication may want to clarify how flexible the company is regarding communication methods and collaboration formats in practice.

Awful management Constant layoffs High staff turnover at least 60 percent of new reps are fired within 12 months, The calendar invite comes with no warning Long term sales reps milk accounts and renew at discounts to hit targets and looked after in the boys club New reps get the same targets with no accounts.
