Managers not qualified as engineers, don´t provide support and deceiving practices

Great environment

Pros

Great people, great products, great customers! Salary is decent with opportunities to earn more if you work hard . Great benefits including healthcare, sick leave, pensions etc

Cons

Acquisitions made things difficult in a customer facing role! Processes are not streamlined making it difficult to collaborate cross departmental

Pros

Great people Great product They allow you to be an individual whilst working as a team

Cons

They have lost revenue since DELL sold them The lack direction as VC setting them up for a sale The great team principles are being degraded Leadership is lost locally. Senior management still good but so busy as half the team got made redundant.
