Thank you for taking the time to send us your feedback. As a former employee, you probably heard the rationale for reductions that took place post divestiture. We were changing from a very large company to a smaller one, with different needs and priorities. That impacted the go forward roles that were necessary to run a business of Quest's size, which is very different from Dell. Secondly, under Dell, DSG was organized functionally. We reorganized the company into business units, which also changed our staffing requirements. We have undertaken these reorganizations with two important things in mind: to be fast in our decision making so that employees knew where they stood as quickly as possible AND to treat employees who were impacted fairly. This is a painful part of a divestiture and while it was touch to say good bye to valued colleagues, it was a necessary part of the process. Good luck in your new role. LuAnn
