Pros

Good culture before takeover of Dell. Great technology!! Well respected in industry and with customers, in terms of products.

Cons

Lots of changes internally with takeover. End of tenure felt like a a small cog in a big machine. Numbers, Number and more numbers. $$$ average. Nill succession planning for staff.

Pros

Still workplace, easy-to-understand tasks and nice office. Some nice challenges and opportunities to learn new technologies and have ability to make some technological decisions.

Cons

No big career opportunities, unpredictable and messed up worklow policies, no real feedback from management, salary and benefits aren't good enough to be more loyal.

Pros

Flexible working environment, good office location (for now, until we are told to move to a remote location)

Cons

Very hardware focused, no ownership of tasks as teams are too big and everyone does only what is applicable to them, no "care" factor, acquisition groups have not integrated into the software group properly, and will be a long way before it integrates into Dell main
