no career advancement or direction, hours are a bit longer than usual, unpaid on-call duties, really driven by stats in support

-Nice environment , relaxing . - Company is owned by DELL , usually pays high salaries - Technology company , nice office and desk , brand new computers.

Cons

- Jobs are very in-secure , company layoffs even when they make money - usually no increases in salary , usually no performance review and no training
