      Uhhhhhh...... I can't think of anything...

      Cons

      New owners are destroying the company. No idea what they are doing. New management is just paying themselves big salaries while the business circles the drain. CEO is a convicted felon who never shows up, and has no vision. What a waste of $2B by Francisco and Elliott. Maybe they are the fools...

      After 10+ years with Quest I could say: - Work/Life Balance is solid - Great colleagues & comprehensive portfolio - That is all

      Cons

      - Exec team is pathetic in many ways and no one trusts them, their actions do not motivate due to their history of BS. Your employees see right through you. I'm sure LuAnn will add a lame passive aggressive response here - Lack of growth opportunities from within: a surplus of long time loyal, talented employees who are the backbone of Quest's historical success that you should take better care of but are clueless - Now a Professional Services and Compliance Audit driven company, Software is secondary - however, keep handing out the laughable Comp Plans and see what happens - How some senior level Channel folks that set the Global Strategy and Program still have jobs is amazing

      Pros

      Couple of solid products inherited from Dell, that's it.

      Cons

      It's like monkeys with a smartphone after Dell divestiture. Mgmt don't have big picture for the company but just numbers tied for the quarter. Some of the best performing software solutions are in shambles now after the divestiture.

      Thanks for your comments about Quest. It's always good to recognize other perspectives and it sounds like some of your personal experiences are reflected in your comments. One point that I'd like to address here: in the last twelve months, Quest has done both market specific targeted increases to ensure that our employees are paid at market value as well as a general compensation review with a generous merit budget. We've also established a company wide bonus plan that shares Quest's success with employees which recently made a solid mid year payout. We will continue to invest in compensation until the inequities that resulted from prior ownership are repaired. Given that it's only been one year since the divestiture, I think Quest has made significant efforts in this area. Good luck in your new role LuAnn CHRO
