Too much churn to stick to a plan.

Pros

There used to be great people working on great products - lots of smart individuals, excited to bring great products to market.

Cons

Since the acquisition, they have really burned through a lot of great talent and their mission seems to be to maximize payout for the very top tier of investors/PE folks. Everyone else should probably find another job...

Nice co-workers who are collaborative.

Cons

A lot of lay-offs and attrition since the acquisition. Likely not all business units will remain successful under the current model.
