      -good work life balance -great culture

      Cons

      -company lacks direction, theres no long term plan. Unsurprising as it is currently P.E owned. -poor communication -unsolved legacy issues.

      Great people Great product They allow you to be an individual whilst working as a team

      Cons

      They have lost revenue since DELL sold them The lack direction as VC setting them up for a sale The great team principles are being degraded Leadership is lost locally. Senior management still good but so busy as half the team got made redundant.
