Nice area, the neighborhood is all tech companies Sometimes the senior managers will come to the office and have a talk The company encourages people to innovate and apply for patents

Cons

Sometimes too chill to be productive, and the colleagues are mostly older than 40, which makes young people hard to fit in

Thank you for taking the time to post a review. I agree with you that the culture in the Aliso Viejo office is laid back but I don't equate that with a particular failing. I believe that diversity, whether it be age, gender, experience or something else, makes a richer workforce. Pros

My career was great under Dell. After the acquisition huge changes came. Those will be addressed in the cons. Good thing was that I worked from home, flexible schedule, learned a lot, and the job was fun.

Cons

After Francisco Partners, the job changed drastically. Projects had no focus, top talent was laid off, it was overall a bad experience the last few months. Clients are very displeased with overall services because they do not realize all of the turmoil the exists internally. I strongly recommend not to work here if you have other options.
