They're "growing" by acquiring companies, claiming their tech debt as Quests, and laying off groups of people. Probably looks great on paper at this point.
Vapid corporate speak is tiresome and can't really be trusted. EXAMPLE:
On the morning I got laid off, we got an email from the CEO talking about how they were going to pay bonuses, even though the company had to make sacrifices for that to happen, and hooray, Quest! About 2 hours after I read that email, I was in a meeting with my boss getting laid off along with a lot of other people throughout the company. They aren't forthcoming with the numbers of people, but there have been a lot of layoffs ( I mean workforce reductions) in a couple years.
ELT cheerleaders keep pretending it's all good and there's a plan. Looks like they're even replying here now to do some damage control.
