Good products and people, relative interesting works but no new product.

Cons

Bad company no raise for years and layoffs all the time. Be sold a couple times in recent years and keep re-structure, re-branding.

Pros

Absolutely great people in the DP business. Fun work environment and great support from teammates.

Cons

Management seems to have their hands tied with personnel decisions. Complete restructuring of sales and go to market strategies. (hopefully this becomes a +) General uncertainty in the future of the business. Low pay to some of the best salespeople. Low commissions across the board.
