      Decent health benefits and health incentives 401k matching HSA contribution Standard vacation & PTO time off Week of Christmas off.

      Cons

      Product development and support management. The missteps of product management & development have hurt what were once respectable products. After these missteps, sales of these products never have recovered. Just a simple profit is never good enough. There are always budget cuts. Every quarter you wonder if it's your badge number to be retired.
