Excellent teamwork across divisions. New technical skills developed often, through business acquisitions and internal product development. Good pay and benefits. Good reputation in the software space.

Cons

Job restructuring and lay offs occur often. Corporate office employees treated better than those working at satellite offices or remotely. Recently acquired by large corporation leading to uncertainty.

Pros

Still workplace, easy-to-understand tasks and nice office. Some nice challenges and opportunities to learn new technologies and have ability to make some technological decisions.

Cons

No big career opportunities, unpredictable and messed up worklow policies, no real feedback from management, salary and benefits aren't good enough to be more loyal.

Flexible working environment, good office location (for now, until we are told to move to a remote location)

Cons

Very hardware focused, no ownership of tasks as teams are too big and everyone does only what is applicable to them, no "care" factor, acquisition groups have not integrated into the software group properly, and will be a long way before it integrates into Dell main
