Pros

- Quest had a fantastic employee/family oriented culture. - Great colleagues who worked so well together. - Fast and flexible work environment with quick decision making process to get things done.

Cons

- Quest culture now gone to be replaced by a less 'personal', more political Dell culture. - Integration of software businesses could have been managed better and more effectively. - From a fast, flexible environment to a monolithic matrix organisation.

Good Company, nice pace to start your career, if you do your job you can have a long career, future looks bright

Cons

Change with acquisition and new management, products are 3rd or 4th in Enterprise Space, will have difficulty in large accounts, middle market company

no career advancement or direction, hours are a bit longer than usual, unpaid on-call duties, really driven by stats in support
