Pros

Good people outside of leadership Good solutions but need to get brought back into century

Cons

Products are outdated. Senior leadership is clueless and heartless. CEO seemed to be learning the job on the fly. Focused on unrealistic metrics and goals. No loyalty and laid people off with no severance.

Pros

Not much at this juncture - i've been here 10+ years and sad to see the recent changes!

Cons

Under recent management it's constant layoffs. Very top heavy, laid off the folks who did the work. Sad there was not more respect for the human knowledge base.

Pros

Work from home. No one cares where you are at.

Cons

You will never get a raise. They sent an email saying that if you make over 100k, you will never get a raise again. After that, I would get 1% added to my bonus number. After 10 years I averaged only 1% per year.
