New owners are driven by margin and cost reduction. They don't care about culture and top live revenue. It's a depressing place to work as the company has constantly been in transition for years and all the old-timers that were in the original Quest are all gone. Culture is gone and there is no transparency. If you make too much money, you are gone. This is not a place to have a long-term career.

Instability due to constant state of restructuring and lay-offs, lack of vision/communication/transparency from leadership teams, Incoherent strategies for growth, no upward mobility, skewed salary allocation, minimal raises, disjointed inter-team collaboration, weak structure, lack of quality training, little to no innovation, cookie cutter management style that lacks ideas and logical analysis, constant penny pinching lack of investment.
