Anything positive left the company when Quest separated from Dell and management jettisoned everything the teams had built towards to that point.
Cons
Front line sales management in Round Rock is terrible. They treat their sales people like children, do not give them tools to succeed, cut their pay, slash their commission structure, do nothing to their update products and then wonder why their top sales people are leaving in droves. But, if you thought front line management was bad, just wait until you meet upper management. Short sighted decisions based on an ever changing strategy and a completely absent CEO who seems like he wanted to wash his hands of the company the moment he got the job. If you want to work on a sinking ship - Quest is for you!
