Since you are a current employee, I'd urge you to go back through the many communications about strategy, vision and direction that have been issued this year from our CEO and BU leaders. I think you'd be hard pressed to miss the very deliberate, aligned corporate direction expressed there. Thanks for hanging in there with us. LuAnn CHRO

Pros

Some of the people you work with are cool. Mid-level management was supportive.

Cons

Where to begin. Standard M&A play before the most recent sale was dark. Standard large old school PE play - buy companies not doing well, slash headcount in areas that double efforts to show growth via acquisition - rinse and repeat. Not a company that accepts new product ideas and seem very close minded to how the industry is changing and the way products should keep up with those changes. Working with some of my colleagues was very toxic. Egos aren't checked at the door and you're constantly fighting with colleagues to align on initiatives.

Pros

Good work/life balance. There are some great people who work there. The company strives towards diversity.

Cons

Management has very little time for their teams. They often seem stressed & angry because of constant demands from the new ELT. The negativity trickles down. Employees are left without support, communication, or direction. No raises. No advancement opportunities. For the past few years, good employees are regularly discarded for cheaper, sub-par and/or outsourced contractors who don’t know how to do the job which makes everything worse. Profit and not quality or excellence appears to be all that matters.
