      Pros

      - Flexible Scheduling - Supportive and Positive Team Members (I really appreciated how the staff supported each other with tough customer service interactions, or difficult tasks on shift) - Great Staff Appreciation by Managers and Company - Cooling Systems Available for Staff on the hot days - As your sales increase you can earn points to purchase items through the company award system (or cash out) Great Incentives for sales

      Cons

      - It can get really sunny and bright, but sunglasses are not part of the uniform (transitional prescription lenses are fair game though) - You will have to purchase your own uniform pants and shoes (but the guidelines are simple, so it is easy to purchase pants/shorts you can utilize outside of work)
