It might just only be the location I work at because none of the other washes are as poorly managed as the one that I worked at. I got chemical burns on my face from the chemical Bling. I was severely sick and they would not let me call out because no one could cover my shift, I tested positive for COVID so they made me work while I had COVID. Some man keeps dumping his catheters and bags full of urine in our garbage bins and that did spill on my legs and on my feet. We have been robbed multiple times. I had to put the store on lockdown because a homeless lady in the area with a weapon looked like a rifle. We constantly have coverage issues. My previous manager constantly breached the confidential information of all of the employees. She would tell us she was going to fire someone before she even told them. When she did fire someone she would tell us who and why. When there were issues between coworkers and they went to her privately to solve the issue, she would flat out go and tell the other employees that someone snitched on them and then lie about the situation, making things worse
