Pros

The work here isn’t very complicating to learn. The employees and managers are friendly and understanding (for the most part) communication is key in working here as everyone talks with each other

Cons

The only con I can think of is working “trench night” when you get inside the 4ft sewer to clean off all the gunk and leaves that pile up during the week. You clean under there every week and it can get pretty messy but it’s not hard. However, I would say it is a con because I think there should be some sort of machine that cleans it for you. Or give US a machine to clean it out with

There is always something to do, the shifts are super flexible and easy to work around.

Cons

It can be dull, especially if it is raining because very few people want car washes in the rain
