Been here two years and for real, the management actually really cares about employees. Best work/life balance I've ever had as a manager. When something goes wrong folks jump in to help without being asked. Great collaboration. Interesting work. QQ has an impressive tech stack, from the front-end apps all the way to the machinery that washes the cars (90% of which we design and build.) Impressive company.

Cons

In terms of work experience and benefits, zero complaints. The only thing I could say is that, it is a carwash company, so you don't finish the workday thinking that you made a great contribution to humanity or the planet. But honestly, how often can you say that about a job?
